Arlene Cuevas
I'm a wife to my soulmate and mother to 3 wonderful little boys. I work full-time as a product manager for an internet company during the day and masquerade at night as "Butterflykisses" on YouTube, Blogger and Facebook. LOL! I first started scrapbooking in 1994 when I first met my husband. I kept everything and anything from movie stubs, plane tickets... even matchbooks/brochures from memorable places he took me while we were dating. I attended my first craft party and was instantly hooked on creating lay-outs. It's all history from there! I like to describe my style as "vintage-grunge" with a little bit of shabby chic mixed in. LOL! I love creating anything from tags, cards, mini albums, canvases to altered boxes. I {heart} Karla, her awesome store full of yummies and I'm fortunate to be part of one of the most amazing, talented design teams out there!

I own and operate a website and scrapbook supply store that is all about creating and sharing our passion for crafting and scrapbooking. I started scrapbooking in 2006 with layouts. I started sketching life and writing poetry early teen years, then made jewelry in my early 20's then from there I started oil paintings (landscapes and abstracts) I still love all those things but my true passion is "Craftbooking" I love to build things from chipboard. I also love making mini albums, embellishments, altered art, jewelry, and so much more. I don't know that I have a particular style but I do love bling. I am also goofy and love to have fun. I think laughter is the best medicine. I'm so happy to be a part of Karlas001 Design Team, I think her products can be used in everything :)

Jade Moore
So let us get the boring stuff out of the way: I am 31, female of course, I live in Belleville Il about 20 minutes away from Saint Louis Missouri. No kids, no hubby, but I am in a long term relationship and I am a deep rooted family girl (a daddy's girl really, I turn into a five year old EVERYTIME I am around my daddy!). My full time profession, well I am in the Air Force, but when I get off work and I come home and step into my scrap room...well thats when I really start trying to save the world! ;)
My design strengths, 1. I finish what I start, I really do not have any projects that just sit. 2. i think out of the box, if you give me a box of items I would start by altering the box the goodies came in. 3. I draw inspiration from EVERYTHING!!! I carry a small notebook and when an idea hits I write it down. 4. I would say I have a shabby chic vintage style (Thank God, thats in right now)
My blog is jadedstudios@blogspot.com in which I share my works as well as some other crafty this and thats. My Youtube channel address is http://www.youtube.com/user/JadedStudios in which I share Product Reviews, Tutorials, Tips and Tricks, Hauls, Storage ideas and of course my work.

Joanne Thompson
I live in sunny So. California with my husband of 2 years (and counting). I was first introduced to scrapbooking by my sister in 2005. From there my passion for crafting took off. I dabbled in jewelry, then I ventured into card making and the love of stamping. I took a giant leap into the blog world in 2008. The blogging community helped to expand my craft into other mediums. There was so much inspiration out there, I just loved soaking it all in and trying new techniques and products. I later began my adventure on YouTube in 2009 that has brought so much knowledge and lasting friendships. I've been blessed to have had worked with fabulous companies in the crafting community and continue to do so. I'm excited to go forward with my creative journey with Karla and her fabulous store. I am honored to be on such a talented design team. Thanks Karla for this opportunity!

Nancy Matos
My name is Nancy and I live in the Metro Atlanta area. I have been married 21 years, I have 3 beautiful daughters (Danielle, Ashleigh and Sara) and I have 1 Granddaughter (Lilah Grace). I have been crafting all of my life, but my earliest memory is making barrettes with ribbon in 3rd grade. I did my 1st scrapbook in high school, about 20 years ago. I've scrapbooked on and off ever since. In 2006, I took a cruise to the Bahamas and one of the rainy day activities was a "Scrapbooking Class". Well, that started the "fever" all over again and it's been non-stop ever since. I started scrapbooking on a small desk in my bedroom and it has grown into a 12'x14' room in my house! In November 2010, I lost my job (by no fault of my own) and have been crafting full time ever since. It is my escape! Although I don't scrapbook in full 12x12 size anymore, I do enjoy making mini albums, altered books, and junk journals. I LOVE to alter things and have a true love for altering boxes, any and all I can get my hands on! There is just something about creating a special "one-of-a-kind" keepsake box for someone that I really enjoy. I'm very honored and excited to be a part of the Karlas001 Design Team! :)

I'm a Mother, Grandmother, Wife, and Loyal Friend.....
My Favorite colors are Red, Black, Royal Purple, and Gold/Beige
I first started crafting at the age of 7 when I first noticed and paid attention to my Mom sitting at this funny looking Black and Gold thing with a weird looking petal underneath it that made this funny tap, tapping sound? I later learned it was her pride and joy Singer Sewing Machine. Little did I know i would learn to love all the wonders it could create! My mom gave me my first taste at crafting by showing me how to sew....I learned quickly and soon began to make all my own cloths. My mom was very please with me as I was not one of those girls who had to run out to the malls to buy the latest Designer styles on the market. Instead I was running to the material store to buy the first new "Simplicity" and "Butterick" patterns off the rack, so that I could design my own style of clothing.
As I got older I began to draw, write poetry, and I loved to jot down the lyrics to songs I loved on the radio. But I needed to keep them safe somewhere........behold a scrap booker was born.
Because we didn't have much money I would go all around the house and look for what ever I could find to use to decorate my scrapbook. We didn't have a camera so I started by saving pretty pictures of ladies out of magazines. occasionally we would go to a yard sale and I would find some broken jewelry, some yarn, some wrapping paper and napkins. It wasn't long before I had a wonderful collection of eclectic findings to scrapbook with.
So I guess you could say that my Scrap booking style is Extremely Eclectic. I love everything! And I always somehow find a way to add it to my projects! LOL Sometimes I think my creations are a bit to busy...But Naah....I like it. So I really don't have favorite style...I feel even thou I'm 53 years old, I'm still learning everyday what I like.... and it changes often.
But if I have to pick my all time favorite thing to do, it would have to be Altered Art, oh yeah! I love bling too! Or anything that shines in the night. LOL

TanyaVG
I am a born & raised SoCal girl who LOVES hockey just as much as I LOVE scrapbooking & crafting. When I can watch/listen to hockey and craft at the same time I am in "Tanya heaven". I have been a scrapbooker/crafter for 12 years. The first couple of years I would sit with my cousins and work on something every now and then until one day when I filled in for a sick cousin at a Scrapbook Expo crop in the midst of a stressful time at work...I sat there trying to piece together a mosaic palm tree when it hit me that I was no longer stressed out, I was truly relaxed and enjoying myself. That was the end! I then became known as the embellishment queen because I would buy nothing but all the cute embellishments and nothing else! I probably still have more embellies and stuff to make embellishments than I do paper! I love to make my own embellishments! I love the detail! I am really liking altering stuff using whatever medium I can get my hands on. Being creative brings me back down from the woes in life and gives me peace and comfort. I guess you can say being artful, artsy, crafty has always been in me. Professionally I am a production manager for a media company, it is my job to ensure the end product is produced and delivered. I've been a production manager on several types of media such as print magazines, digital magazines, websites, directories, currently newsletters and virtual events. My family is super talented from drawing, to crocheting, knitting, sewing, jewelry making, scrapbooking and crafting. It is truly an honor to be apart of KARLAS001 Design Team.

Michelle Tanedo Viaje
Hey, My name is Michelle Viaje and I am a wife and mother of 3 gorgeous children (1 boy & 2 girls). I used to create small projects as a child but it was when I had my first born that I really got into scrapbooking. I love creating anything and everything. If I had more time in the world I would do all areas of crafting from scrapbooking to candle making and everything in between! I don't have a particular style because I like trying new techniques but i do lean more towards grungy and shabby. I love altering items, making layouts & cards, Canvas art, mini albums and the list goes on. Like the great Tim Holtz once said "Follow me on my creative journey".

Liz Mullen
Hello, I'm Liz Mullen. I have been married to my wonderful and supportive husband for 27 years and we have two children, Mckenzie and Kennedy. I've been a SAHM since Mckenzie was born, but now that she is in college and Kennedy is in high school I have found myself with more time to pursue my creative endeavors. I have been crafting, sewing and scrapbooking for as long as I can remember. I find myself bouncing around from one craft to another and I love learning new skills. I've tried stained glass, jewelry making, pottery, crochet, knitting, and, more recently, have begun to solder. My favorite has remained paper crafting and I been spending more time with canvas lately. As I have learned more and more I have also discovered a passion for teaching. I have been teaching at my LSS for a little over a year from Layouts to a 101 Cricut class. I am excited to become part of the Permanent GDT for Karlas001 and I look forward to spending time with you all!
